On a day of my usual blog hopping, I came across this blog. It spotted a banner of flashy cars. On my first impression, I thought to myself, oh great another egoistic flaunting blog. Well, it turned out not to be the case.
The blog author John Chow is a self-titled dot com mogul. The blog recorded his various subjects of interest, from his daily go-about, random thoughts to sharing his knowledge on how to make money blogging. Unlike some of the blogs with the similar content out there with dead serious tell-you-what-to-do ways, John uses a more approachable, easy-going tone. What came across the posts is a sincere, creative and humorous person with guy-next-door quality who shares his trials and errors of making money online generously. I really enjoyed browsing through his archives and have learned a lot about things like blog monetizing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). As a newbie to the blogsphere, his blog really opened my eyes to the endless possibilities.
The only problem I came upon is the search function, its result is not specific enough. It’ll be better if it can be more specific. But nonetheless, a great blog not to be missed. Especially for dummy newbie out there like me.
I truly enjoy and learned many things from his site and hope you would too. Of course, the added bonus from him doesn’t hurt either.

CC, thanks for researching! Glad to hear that things are more stabalise for you right now. I suppose you were running frantic when you got the news-that’s normal. How about making a trip home to dad to celebrate Chinese New Year with him?

Yes, I am still going back home. My dad got an appointment at IJN on Friday. Hopefully can set the date asap. We will definitely spend CNY together this year.

That’s great news! I’m sure dad would be very excited and it would certainly be one of the most joyous CNY for you and your family. IJN is very well equipped with all its latest technology and they have very professional surgeons. Our former PM did his bypass over there and lately towards the end of last year he had a relapsed and was again referred to and treated by IJN. Not to worry, dad is in safe hands.
BTW, am I allowed to know which part of Malaysia would you be at? Just curious!
