Fella blogger yumcha over at relax.blogsome is recommending this great tonic. I thought I’d put in my two cents worth as well.
K and I been having this drink for years. It helps to detox our body and is especially good for cold and sore throat. This refreshing drink has helped us through many flu seasons. Also great when you have abused your system with junk and oily food. Taste great too!
The recipe for this is simple. Just mix 2 tablespoons of pure lemon juice(about half a lemon) and 2 teaspoon of honey. Add warm water and stir(not hot water as it destroy the properties in lemon). Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
Woolah! A great soothing drink!

cc, when I had a very bad cold and cough in November, I brought my honey drink to work. At home, I put lemon.
Then my German caretaker told me off for drinking honey when I am sick because it gives me too much phlegm (so he said). Duh???

This really soothes sore throat. I always make some and put in a flask for my husband whenever he has sore throat. Hope you and your baby get well soon!

cc,
Blogger is strange. I published another comment on the dim sum but it disappeared! I was saying that I can count the variety of dim sum here in Japan. For years since I first visited Jp until now, the menu in Chinatown never changes. No wonder your HK dim sum looks so good.I want to migrate to NZ or Australia lor.

That will cause more people to stare hor…hehee… But seriously we’re thinking about it coz we own a SLR for some time already, thinking of upgrading to DSLR. Must shop around first. Will still keep the small one though, as you said, easier to carry around.

Happy spreading the good recipe.
