I am not so much of a coffee person but I do enjoy the occasional glass of ice coffee. My coffee of choice? Aik Cheong 3 in 1 White Coffee Tarik from Malacca. It is one of the best I have tasted amongst the same range. I was delighted to find it in one of the Chinese grocery stores in Auckland and have been keeping a pack on my kitchen shelve ever since. It comes in a package of 15 sachets, each contains 40g of heavenly coffee mix. It is quite a generous size and can be divided into 2 cups if you prefer a lighter taste. I usually make it as an ice coffee with lots of ice as my tongue cannot tolerate a very hot beverage. Sipping this cooling drink while reading my favourite book during the hot summer afternoon is simply heavenly.

Aik Cheong’s my favorite too. Though I mostly prefer to have mine black with sugar only. Ice is nice. Having it steaming hot is lovely too. Heavenly.

I always buy back or ask my sis 2 in 1 coffee from Malaysia. Love the flavor and aroma!
