cc, there is light at the end of the tunnel and I think you know that as well.
Maybe it is also the fact it gets dark early now seeing that it is winter there so some people to suffer the ‘blues’ similar to feeling dark.

In fact, I never felt that being in a dark or gloomy place is a bad thing after all. You know, feelings like the wall is closing in on you. Nothing bad at all. I believe its a time to learn to just let it all go. And believe it or not, whether you see it or not, there’s always light at the end of the tunnel. You’ll be ok.
