		<description>Hahaha, for some reason, when I started reading this, I told myself that you are up in the early hours of the morning.&lt;br/&gt;Sometimes when I find that the harder you try to fall asleep quickly the worse it is.&lt;br/&gt;I would read till my eyes shut but am woken up again when I have to turn off my bedside light.  Thankfully, I don&#039;t have many of this sleepless nights.</description>

I was almost going to turn to sleeping pills when I discover aroma therapy. Now I just use Lavender oil in a vaporizer at night. It really helps to ease my mind and put me to sleep easier. You should try it sometimes, it&#039;s very relaxing! Ofcourse, you have to get the 100% pure oil, the fragrance one won&#039;t do. :)</description>

The things i do for you, CC, because i love your postings and miss them when i can&#039;t see your blog! *grin*  &lt;br/&gt;anyway, i gues that&#039;s the last of IE then.  Thanks for turning me onto Firefox.  If it wasn&#039;t for you, i would NEVER have bothered! :-))  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;That cartoon with the hours counting down is soooo me! And i too have a restless mind like yours.  What d&#039;ya know! Guess you and me used to be a lot alike!! :-D  Hope that doesn&#039;t make you too unhappy! :D  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Anyway, i&#039;ve tried a lot of sleeping pills to black out, with doctor&#039;s prescriptions of course.  It helps that the Drs. who presecribe my pills for me are class mates and friends of mine, with whom i went to school, so they i get free counselling at home. *grin*  Xanax does a great job for me. I recommend it for those desperate times.
