Reflection of light on my old camera lens. click photo to enlarge.
A match of light can illuminate even the most impermeable darkness.
Where there’s light, there’s hope.
Happy Birthday my homeland, the place that always tucks my heartstrings.

Let there be light…so that all can see how important it is that everybody lives in unity, peace and harmony.
CC: If we hold on to that thought long enough, with perseverance, it will come true.

Hey Cc! Wouldn’t disappear without saying Good bye to you first. :-))
Happy Merdeka. I definitely benefited from the Merdeka Sales this year on our visit to Malaysia. *grin* Lord! that country is HOT!!! *phew!* :-))
BTW, do you have a facebook account? I could then share with you the the pictures i’d uploaded from our vacation, the Proboscis monkeys, the Orangutans, the cities and such..Not that you wouldn’t have seen it all already…:-)) And of course, our very first traditional Malaysian wedding experience. :-))
It’s good to be back in Japan, though! :-))
CC: Hello KC! Long time! I’ll email you about my facebook later. Can’t wait to see them!

How appropriate, the camera bears silent witness as a candle is lit. Malaysia is at a turning point in its history and we are its witnesses.
CC: Thank you! You interpreted my message exactly.

Happy belated Merdeka! But our country has become the most racist in the world nowadays!
CC: Same to you! Let’s not generalise the nation due to behaviours of a small group of people.
