Darkness is good because without darkness we won’t appreciate light. And when I sleep, I like to be in complete darkness. No table lamp and no streetlamp shining through the window. Unless of course if I’m staying in hotel, I prefer the bathroom light to be on just as a precaution…

CC: I’m adapting to sleep in total darkness nowadays, used to have a little night light, but I heard total darkness is supposedly better for our body.

Now, dark is good I an sleep better kekeke..

Whenever I feel afraid, I try to think of the people I care and love…. and it would make me feel warmer and safer inside
